SHIPPING POLICY

ROVAN currently ships within the United Kingdom.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days once the product is available and your order has been confirmed. During launch periods or high-demand drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information where available. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier, location, bank holidays and any delays outside of our control.

Estimated UK delivery:
Standard UK Shipping: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. ROVAN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your ROVAN order.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Once your return has been approved, you then have 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and returned with any original packaging or tags.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as ROVAN cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odour, makeup marks or heavy handling may not be accepted.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the problem and arrange a replacement, refund or suitable solution where required.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with ROVAN, you agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen brightness, device display and lighting. We do our best to show each product as accurately as possible.

ROVAN reserves the right to update product details, prices, availability, website content and policies at any time.

All products are subject to availability. During limited drops, adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. Your order is only confirmed once checkout is complete and payment has been accepted.

ROVAN designs, branding, images, logos, product names and website content are owned by ROVAN and must not be copied, reused or reproduced without permission.

ROVAN caps are designed with an adjustable strapback fit.

Each cap is designed for everyday wear, nights out, summer fits and clean casual styling. The adjustable back strap allows you to tighten or loosen the fit depending on your preference.

Yes. Club Series 01 is the first ROVAN drop and will be released in limited quantities.

Club Series 01 includes two premium cap designs: the Script Cap and the Label Cap.

Club Series 01 includes four colourways across the collection: forest green, royal blue, navy and dark brown.


How does the cap fit?

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.


Do you ship outside the UK?

ROVAN currently focuses on UK shipping. International shipping may be added in the future.
